Founded by Chef Chandler and her family in 2014, KC'S Catering was born from a dream of creating a place where food, family, and friends could come together in harmony.
What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a passion for showcasing the rich traditions of African American cuisine and reimagining classic dishes with a modern twist. Chef Chandler spent years exploring local markets, learning from seasoned chefs, and drawing inspiration from the authentic street food stalls and rustic kitchens.
